Vehicles and Equipment Management
Holds unlimited vehicle and equipment details as well as costings on a user definable database that you can customise to suit your specific operation.
Drivers and Benefits
Holds complete driver details (including licence inspections, P11D/P46 information and training records, etc.) of business mileage and a complete vehicle allocation history (i.e. who has been driving which vehicles and when).

Repairs and Workshop
Records all service and maintenance data, with a user definable job card making light work of data input. Key components include: real-time Fleet Status tools for at-a-glance visibility of pending, due or past due events, a user definable job card for internal workshop and external supplier management, integrated warranty, defect, campaign and recall management, comprehensive workshop tools to view workshop loading and technician performance and much more...
Optional additional modules include:
- Hand-held devices - remote, wireless capture of work carried out,inventory movements and other activity using bar-code scanners or PDA/Laptop devices.
Stock control
A fully featured 'first in, first out' inventory system. The Stock module is linked with the work order module for direct issuing of stock items. Key components include: complete purchase order capabilities with automated re-order tools, minimum/maximum stock levels, real-time presentation of inventory movement and utilization, multiple warehouse visibility and the ability to manage stock and non-stock items without the requirement of a master inventory catalogue. Of course, numerous reports are included covering every aspect of stock control.

Accidents
Holds comprehensive accident and risk management details (in a user definable screen), supporting multiple third party entries and full search facilities.Information from third party Accident Management companies or departments can easily be imported to allow self-service reporting. Reports include summary, analysis and comparisons.
Fuel
Holds details of all fuel transactions and can be integrated to any third party fuel card provider. For those organizations managing bunkered fuel and fluids, FleetWave® can be interfaced to electronic fueling systems as well. Reports include exception, summary and detailed analysis features with charts and graphs.
Report Writer
Crystal Reports are used for the design and production of reports within FleetWave®. This powerful, industry leading business intelligence toolset enables you to create a wide selection of report types, including analysis drill-down and comparison.
Query Builder
A built-in Query builder is provided, allowing every user to create their own bespoke reports from any field in the database, by simple selection from 'drop-down boxes', allowing self-service reporting without any report writing expertise.
The FleetWave® Report Generator also supports:

Utilities
This module contains all of the configuration options for FleetWave®. Almost every aspect of the system can be customized without the need for programming or costly development. Any modules not required can be easily hidden and the access level for each module can be set for each user. FleetWave® lets you set up a regional manager who could view, say, five locations, while a workshop foreman can only see his own workshop/vehicles.
Portals
For organisations looking to grant fleet Drivers selected access to FleetWave®. Using FleetWave’s Driver Portal, fleet drivers can update driver records, input monthly personal and/or business mileage, monthly fleet related expenses and access driver related forms such as accident, inspection forms, client specific documentation, etc. all from one intuitive Driver Portal.
Pool Car Bookings
For organisations looking to allow remote users to reserve, assign and book pool cars from anywhere at any time. FleetWave® allows organisations with pool car inventories to manage assignments, maximize pool inventory utilization, and effectively track (and even charge) users throughout the process. FleetWave’s integrated and flexible tools provide comprehensive and adaptable pool Fleet Management capabilities for single and multiple pool sites across an organization.
Vehicle Sales Tool
For internal and external remarketing of fleet assets whereby remote users can access a secure and fully integrated module to view and quote on available assets being remarketed. Like eBay, this tool allows users to access images, historical maintenance records, history and place bids upon a specific asset. FleetWave® automatically tracks bids, and can be configured to generate emails notifying users and management of current and/or superseded bids, and notify winners. This tool can also be configured to provide these or modified capabilities to external remarketing organizations such as auction houses or disposal companies.
Contract Management
For clients looking to create and manage complex internal lease arrangements for assets stored and managed within FleetWave®. This flexible Contract Management tool set allows clients to build, configure and lease simple or complex assets to internal (as well as external) clients, and integrates seamlessly with FleetWave’s billing tools to allow for automated billing of the lease(s), maintenance, fuel as well as flexible client defined and management services.
Capital Budget Management
For organizations looking to automate the creation and management of Capital Budget/fulfillment for the acquisition of assets. These flexible Capital Budget tools allow authorised system users to build complex assets and deploy these 'specified assets' to selected users of FleetWave®. Authorised users can then select and create orders from vehicle selectors and submit these 'orders' for approval. Once approved, orders can be electronically transmitted to manufacturers, upfit suppliers, etc. for completion. Once committed as an order, FleetWave’s standard order tracking capabilities can be utilized to track asset orders throughout the order build/delivery process.
Property Management
For robust management of mobile as well as fixed asset assignments throughout an organization. Using flexible workflow tools and FleetWave’s uniquely adaptable data capture capabilities, FleetWave’s Property Management Tools allow organizations to put in place and manage the audited movement of assets while enabling mandatory pre and post movement inspections, notifications and sign offs. All included documentation and asset history move with the asset and detailed audit tools insure that client specific audit trails are maintained. These tools are available as additional FleetWave® modules and can be integrated to industry leading hand held and wireless data capture devices to enable remote inventory taking and asset assignment.
24 Hour Event Engine
For automated Event Management, FleetWave® contains a fully integrated event management tool that generates automated email notifications of pending/overdue events such as preventive maintenance, license and registration renewals, etc. This comprehensive and flexible Event Management tool further enables FleetWave® to automatically run background processes such as import/exports, interface files, FTP file transfers/pick ups, XML data exchanges, etc.
Document Management
Electronic document management combined with request/audit system for physical document management. Advanced search tool and Librarian functions are also included.
