Chevin On The Shortlist Again

Fleet management software specialist, Chevin Fleet Solutions, has been shortlisted for another industry award, this time in the category of Innovation & New Technology at the Energy Saving Trust Fleet Hero Awards 2007, which are held in association with The Observer and Fleet News.

The Fleet Hero Awards aim to highlight best practice in fleet management and recognise organisations who have tackled CO2 emissions from business travel. Chevin's Fleet Management software systems have been recognised for their ability to allow transport managers to see at a glance the environmental impact of their fleets, also enabling them to measure performance against pre-set targets and reduce pollution. Chevin's software can also provide relevant management information and key reports on a number of other "Green Fleet Best Practice" areas, including: - Fuel management and consumption - Tyre management - Business mileage reporting and analysis - Service and maintenance scheduling and reporting The awards ceremony is due to take place on Tuesday 20th November at The Guardian and Observer Newsroom in London.
