A CHAUFFEUR DRIVEN SOLUTION FROM CHEVIN
The world's premier chauffeured services company Carey Worldwide has selected Chevin Fleet Solutions' market leading RoadBASE® software to improve efficiency in the running of its fleet of prestige, luxury vehicles. Carey Worldwide Chauffeured Services selected the Windows-based RoadBASE® system from Chevin following an evaluation of several alternative Fleet Software suppliers. Carey needed the RoadBASE® system to assist with a number of Fleet Management issues, including the ability to: - Record all Fleet Management information - Record all information on drivers to ensure Duty of Care compliance - Record all service and maintenance information and highlight potential problems - Import and analyse data from third parties - Provide diary event warnings (e.g. MOT, Tax, Service, PCO Registration) - Produce key management reports on all aspects of the fleet The RoadBASE® system also needed to be capable of expansion to match current and future requirements.
